ONE HEALTH COMPLIANCE, a limited liability company, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 829 856 210, with its principal place of business located at 163 A Route de Genas, 69100 Villeurbanne (hereinafter “ONE HEALTH COMPLIANCE”), operates the website accessible at www.onehealthcompliance.com  (hereinafter the “Site”).

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “GTCU”) govern access to and use of the Site by any person who accesses or views it (hereinafter the “User”).

Accessing and browsing the Site implies that the User has read and accepted these GTCU.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be brought before the courts of Lyon.
